Clinical Outreach can be the bedrock of your prospecting if it is properly managed. We understand how important this is to your business and we design our marketing to work with your Outreach Representatives. Having stand out collateral material that speaks to referrers and potential clients and having the perfect “elevator pitch” as to why your facility stands out from the competition are keys to continual prospects through your Outreach Department.
We also have experience in establishing a Clinical Outreach Department if you don’t have one. We can assist in training and hiring new outreach representatives to help you establish a department.
Because of our years of experience in the industry, we have a great understanding of how important it is to cultivate and nurture referrer relationships. We will work with your Admissions Department, Outreach Department, Clinical Staff, and Discharge Planners to make sure that referrers feel they are part of the team and will continually refer. If you already have an alumni coordinator we will work with them to make sure that they have everything they need for a successful program. Alumni are a great source of inspiration to your facility and they need to be nurtured, engaged and rewarded.
