Educated in London as a software engineer, Sasson turned his focus to marketing and was a pioneer of technology-driven marketing since the mid-80s.  He has developed enterprise-level applications that automate media traffic distribution, lead distribution and product fulfillment.  Today, TV and radio stations around the country run his software to receive traffic instructions and ad media. With the launch of Google AdWords, he helped a national brand reduce their CPA by 60% compared to TV and was given carte blanche to buy as much media as possible.  That is how Navazon Digital was started.  Sasson uses his 20 years of experience in paid placement, SEO and other digital marketing mediums to devise a strategy for clients that returns measurable results.

Courtney Burge is a highly accomplished and results-driven behavioral health executive with over 18 years of experience. Skilled in automating workflows to improve efficiency, conversion and census. He served as VP of Admissions and Call Center Operations at Foundations Recovery Network where in his tenure, the organization grew from $94M to $350M before selling to UHS, Inc. Courtney served as Vice President of Admissions and Call Center Operations for Discovery Behavioral Healthcare, that included, Cliffside Malibu, Discovery Mood and Anxiety Program and Center for Discovery, where he lead the consolidation of Cliffside Malibu and Center for Discovery admissions departments and coordinated the integration of all the systems into Salesforce.
